Successful applicants will get the chance to gain invaluable training in the fields of animation and visual effects, followed by a full immersion into the production environment. Apprentices who complete the training program and demonstrate appropriate skill levels may be offered full-time employment in the studio.

The program combines classroom-based courses and department-based mentorship, and is designed to the highest standards, giving its trainees the opportunity to learn under the most talented professionals in the industry. Apprentices can expect:

• Focused, production-centered training with in-depth, real-time, hands-on experience
• Instructors from Industrial Light & Magic, Lucasfilm Animation and LucasArts
• Direct, expert mentorship for each and every apprentice
• Training that prepares apprentices to produce content at the quality and productivity levels needed for complex animation and visual effects projects, as currently delivered for mainstream theatrical releases in our North American locations
